Refusal of Hostile Agency: The hallmark of Imago Dei Center's integrity and uncompromising concern for its therapants is manifest in its repudiation and forgoing of any form of State Occupational licensure. Imago Dei practitioners in following the very highest of ethical standards and morality will never act as agents of the State nor breach confidentiality (both mandatory requirements of State licensure) and will always put the good of their therapants first and foremost. While non-Imago Dei and licensed practitioners can gain certification in psychomoralitics, the use of such certification requires an ethical pledge to, if necessary, ultimately surrender such licensing if required to breach confidentiality (as per the requirements of mental health profession licensure) and/or any other action that puts the good of the State or other adverse parties above that of the practitioner's therapants. As per the sacrosanct nature of the psychomoralitic process Imago Dei Center and all of its certified practitioners maintain the very highest degree of confidentiality. Session notes are not formally kept, and those notes that may be kept are only done so on a temporary basis. All students and, if indicated, some mentors are under supervision of a psychomoralist and thus share details of their sessions with their supervisor.
