Dr. Gregory Charles Dilsaver's Repudiation of the Mental Health System
Dr. G.C. Dilsaver to the State Board of Psychologists:
"You demand that I turn over patient records so they can be used against them by hostile entities. Most egregiously you expect me to become an agent of the State and enforce upon my patient unconstitutional decrees from a mental health court, to forgo my standing as an independent doctor and rubber-stamp that court's false "diagnoses," and further require me to become a court informant against my patient and enforce his being sentence to periodic injections of deadly psychotropic drugs. You threaten to destroy my livelihood, to revoke my licensure with trumped up charges of "unprofessionality,," if I do not comply. To which I reply with no hesitancy whatsoever: I choose morality over your putrid professionality and the well-being and good of my patients over your satanic licensure! For it is courage in the face of evil that is a fruit of the psychomoralitics I practice, and it is in keeping with the very courage of my patients---past, present, and future--that indeed encourages me."
Do No Harm: From graduate school on, I always maintained a heartfelt and ideological rejection of the mental health field's erroneous conceptualization, ineffectual and harmful practices, and ethics of perversion. But, where angels fear to tread, this repugnance was overridden by my concurrent and covert development of the contrary, indeed antidotal, discipline of psychomoralitics. As psychomoralitics came to full fruition both conceptually and in clinical efficacy I distanced my practice more and more from the "mainstream' mental health system. I was already working for all intents and purposes independent from the mental health system when it made direct demands that were unethical, immoral, unconstitutional, and, most pointedly, harmful to a therapant of mine who had come from out of state to attend a young men's religious retreat. At the behest of an out-of-state "mental health court," the mental health system of my resident state demanded that I do harm unto my therapant by the breaching the bedrock ethics of doctor/patient privilege and confidentiality, by the enforcing of that out-of-state mental health court's psychotropic sentence imposed on that therapant, and by becoming an informant to that court against my therapant. In sum, my resident State was attempting to force me to become a de facto agent of a State I was not a resident of, and all against my therapant's best interests and his and family's written wishes. No, my ethical and moral obligations were never once in doubt, having been set in stone since time immemorial: “I will follow that system of regimen which, according to my ability and judgment, I consider for the benefit of my patients, and abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous.” (Hippocratic Oath, 500 BC)
Complete Corruption: My refusal to harm my therapant by informing on him to an out-of-state mental health court resulted in my own resident state's subsequent threat to retaliate against my practice if I did not cooperate. In response I chose not to renew my mental health psychological licensure, thereby officially removing myself from the mental health system. But this did not stop State employees, who with some infuriation continued on with their bureaucratic work against a now inactive and intentionally lapsed license (note well, that never did I pay even a single cent to the State and thus all its vicious efforts where but an exercise in bureaucratic futility). My removing of myself from the auspices of the mental health system had at its base my certitude that the mental health system was conceptually erroneous, clinically ineffectual, and most often harmful, but now was augmented by the awareness that the system was corruption to the core and indeed treachery. This corruption and treachery was evidenced in a totally fictitious administrative narrative concocted by State underlings. This false narrative and complaint--which was repudiated in toto by the patient and his family-- was based on a false complaint by an out-of-state mental health court social worker, who issued this complaint at the behest of her boss, the judge of that court and the one who had sentenced my patient to life-long injections of mind-altering and soul-sapping drugs. This judge, and subsequently the State mental health system, was outraged that any psychologist would dare go against their tyrannical edicts. As a result the mental health system found my conduct "unprofessional," according to hearsay and blatantly false evidence that was repudiated by the patient and his family!
Weaponization: Yes, I had always known the mental health system was based on a false conceptualization and was thus clinically ineffective and most often harmful; yes, I had know that it had always and was increasingly promoting perversity; yes, I knew that it was extremely compromised by its ties to State and financial interests; and yes, I had thus continual distanced my practice from it in theory, practice, and professionally. However, even I was stunned at the putrid corruption and diabolical treachery of the mental health system, a system that had become a full-fledged deep state bureaucracy weaponized against its patients. In my simple defense of a patient against an abusive mental health system, and specifically its unaccountable extra-judiciary and psychotropic-drug sentencing mental health courts, that system was exposed in all its corruption and treachery as violently opposed to any practitioner who would seek the good of his patient above the aims of that system, those courts, and ultimately the State itself.
Repudiation & Solemn Commitment: I hereby formal repudiation any association with or support for the mental health system and considerate it nothing less than a point of honor to be likewise repudiated by that system. Providentially, so as to combat it effectively, my time spent in proximity to the mental health system allowed me to learn it inside and out; that is, to learn of its inherent errors and the ensuing harm it causes to the human spirit and of its core corruption in service to the "deep state." The promoting and practice of psychomoralitics as not only the viable alternative to the mayhem of the mental health system but the very antidotal remedy for that mayhem is motivated by my solemn commitment to not only free persons from their own inner bondage but to free them from the dehumanizing and enslaving tentacles of that mental health system itself. As a professional psychomoralist I hereby vow, by the grace of Almighty God, to continue to wage this battle in the advancement of the human person's essential well-being, peace of soul, and freedom and flourishing of spirit.
