Standard of Strict Confidentiality
As per the sacrosanct nature of the human person and soul-deep psychomoralitic intervention, Imago Dei Center and all certified practitioners of psychomoralitics maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Session notes are not formally kept, and those notes that may be kept are only done so only on a temporary basis. All students and some mentors (if indicated) are under supervision of a psychomoralist and may as such share certain details of their sessions with their supervisor.
Caveat emptor: All licensed mental health providers are agents of the State first and foremost and must keep all clinical records and notes on their patients archived so as to turn them over to the State for any reason (even divorce or other hostile legal proceedings) and at any time when the State, courts, or licensing boards so order. This mandatory release of so-called "confidential" records is to be done regardless of the patient's wishes or the harm it may cause the patient. Though the mental health system pretends there is confidential, the fact is that when a person sees a mental health provider he forgoes any confidentiality. This lack of patient confidentiality in and of itself warrants the rejection of the mental health system.
