My name is Patrick Tippmann. I am from a big family in Fort Wayne, IN. I have recently graduated from Wyoming Catholic College with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts. I entered college a little later than the rest of my peers at 26 years old. I didn’t know that Liberal Arts was my passion until I met Dr. Dilsaver a few months prior to applying when he posed the question of receiving a Liberal Arts education—it was providence indeed!
Hence, I have known Dr. Dilsaver for a little over 4 years now, and he mentored me and worked with me during my time at WCC. Much of what he postulates with Psychomoralitics resonated with me throughout my college career. I actually ended up using some of his themes to springboard some ideas that I had for my Senior Thesis, in which I reconciled some of his notions of humility opening us up to reality, but through medieval literature and the cathartic, comedic, and tragic aspects of that genre—a very fun project!
I look forward to learning more about Psychomoralitics with you all! God speed!
